Beat this summer heat with homemade chilled Mango ice cream. This super creamy and
easy recipe is going to be your favorite summer treat. I personally crave nothing more than
mango ice cream during the summer season. While making this, you don’t even need an ice
cream maker, all you need a blender/mixer and some ingredients. Let’s start with the
ingredients:

Step 1- Wash, peel, and cut them into medium pieces. Blend them and take out the pulp to a bowl.
Step 2- For whipping the cream, take the first bowl with some ice cubes and place a chilled cream bowl over it. Start whipping it in a cool room. It takes at least 2-3 minutes.
Step 3- Now, add the mango pulp to a whipped cream bowl. Whip it again so both the ingredients mix together.
Step 4- The ice cream mixture is ready. Now, pour it into a container to freeze. It’s better if you use an air-tight container.
Step 5- Close the lid and place it in the freezer for at least 7-8 hours.
Step 6- Take out a container, once it seems frozen.
Step 7- Your delicious Mango ice cream is ready to serve. Garnish it with your favorite dry fruits. Enjoy!!!
