PNB has introduced the PNB metaverse in order to give a digital branch visit Experience

On July 6, PNB declared the opening of its virtual branch, PNB Metaverse. The users can enjoy a 3D experience while using their digital avatars to perform traditional bank activities. This virtual bank offers various services to existing and new customers that include retail and MSME loans, government flagship schemes, bank deposits, unique digital products, and other various services.

The purpose of PNB’s Metaverse branch is to provide comfort to its users so that they can easily access the services from home, the office, or anywhere, through mobile phones, and laptops. Its aim is to utilize technology so it can provide high-quality financial services to its clients and other stakeholders, provide employment opportunities, and contribute to the economic growth of the country.

As per Atul Kumar’s Statement, With the new changes, we are ready to provide a hyper-personalized customer experience and expect to increase the customer engagement rate.

In this digital era, Metaverse is a platform that fills the gap between the physical and digital environments.

Last year, Flipkart, the leading online retailer, also declared its plan to join Metaverse, called Flipverse, in order to offer a virtual shopping experience to customers. Also, the first telecom company, Bharti Airtel, introduced the Metaverse multiplex on the PartyNite Metaverse Platform.
