PNB (Punjab National Bank ) Home Loan

If you are self-employed, salaried, or an entrepreneur, your loan eligibility will be assessed by PNBHFL based on various factors such as income, qualification, age, savings history, asset, liability, etc.

PNB offers various loans as per the requirement:

 

  • Loan for the purchase of your Dream Home.
  • Get a loan for the maintenance or expansion of existing property.
  • For new development, construction, or new projects.
  • To meet your business requirement, including SME or large Corporate Loans
  • To meet your hotel Finance requirements including working capital needs, or for any new projects.
Process of applying for a Home loan:

Step 1- You need to submit a loan application along with the required documents.

Step 2- Your proposal would be evaluated on the basis of funding norms and various eligibility criteria.

Step 3- The company representative checks the property value in order to calculate the loan amount.

Step 4- PNBHFL (PNB Housing Finance Ltd.) has a right to accept or deny the approval based on internal and regulatory guidelines.

Step 5- Original property documents along with the signing agreement must be submitted. Also, posted cheques/ECS must be submitted.

Step 6- After confirming the documents, PNBHFL will transfer the loan funds to the contractor. After the disbursement, EMI/Pre-EMI will start.

Documents you must have while applying for Loan:
  1. For Salaried Employees
  • Application form with a photograph.
  • Recent Salary-slip for 3 months.
  • Resident proof (Telephone bill, passport, Driving License, Election card, Ration card)
  • Bank statement of last 6 months (Salary account)
  • Photocopy of original property document
  • Age Proof (PAN Card, Passport, or any other document)
  • Last 2 year’s Form 16
  • Education Qualification (recent degree)
  • Processing Fee Cheque made out to PNBHFL
2. For Self-Employed/Professionals

 

  • Application Form with a photograph
  • Age Proof (PAN Card, Passport, or any other document)
  • Residence Proof (Ration CARD, Telephone Bill, Passport, or any other document)
  • All the certificates and proof of business existence with Business Profile
  • Bank Statement of last 12 months (Self or business account)
  • Photocopy of original property documents
  • Education Qualification (recent degree)
  • Processing Fee Cheque made out to PNBHFL
  • Income Tax Return, Profit & Loss account, and Balance Sheet audited by CA for the last 3 years
